Terms and conditions governing access to the Auto Lead Experts website and services.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at autoleadexperts.com (the “Site”), and any services, proposals, consultations, or marketing engagements offered by Auto Lead Experts (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, booking a call, or engaging our services, you (“you,” “your,” “Client,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

This page covers Terms and Conditions only. Information about how we collect and use personal data, and how cookies and similar technologies are used on the Site, is addressed in our separate Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

1. Who We Are

Auto Lead Experts is a marketing agency specializing exclusively in the automotive industry, including auto detailing, paint protection film (PPF) and wrap installers, auto repair, restoration, and performance shops. We provide search engine optimization (SEO), local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, answer engine optimization (AEO) and AI search visibility, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, website development, UI/UX design, graphic design, AI automation, and software development services (collectively, the “Services”).

Contact: +1 (713) 949-9488 — or via the contact form available on the Site.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site — including requesting an audit, submitting your work email, completing a contact or intake form, booking a strategy call through our scheduling tool, or otherwise engaging with us — you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  • You have the authority to bind the business or entity on whose behalf you are acting, if applicable;
  • The information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete; and
  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 19. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility and Use of the Site

The Site and its content are intended for business owners, operators, and decision-makers in the automotive services industry who are evaluating or engaging our marketing services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party.

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any business when submitting a form or booking a call;
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access or extract content from the Site without our prior written consent;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our systems, or related networks;
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Site;
  • Use the Site to submit false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content of any kind.

4. Audits, Consultations, and Strategy Calls

Requesting a free audit, scheduling a strategy call, or submitting an intake form does not create a binding service agreement between you and Auto Lead Experts. These interactions are preliminary discussions intended to evaluate fit and outline a potential growth strategy. Any recommendations, estimates, or figures shared during an audit or call (including projected leads, rankings, or timelines) are illustrative only and are not guarantees of future performance.

A formal engagement begins only once both parties have agreed on scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines, typically documented in a separate services agreement, proposal, or statement of work (“Engagement Agreement”). Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a signed Engagement Agreement, the Engagement Agreement will govern for the matters it specifically addresses.

5. Scope of Services

Our Services may include, depending on the engagement selected:

  • Automotive SEO — keyword strategy, service-page optimization, competitor research, on-page SEO
  • Local SEO — local rankings, citations, location signals, local authority building
  • Google Business Profile optimization — profile management, Google Maps visibility, review strategy
  • AEO & AI Search Optimization — structuring content and entity signals for visibility across AI-driven answer engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI experiences
  • Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising management across Google and paid social platforms
  • Website development, UI/UX design, and conversion optimization
  • Graphic design and branding support
  • AI automation and custom software development

The specific Services, deliverables, timelines, and fees applicable to your business will be set out in your Engagement Agreement. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any Service offering described on the Site at our discretion.

6. No Guaranteed Results

Digital marketing outcomes — including search engine rankings, local pack placement, AI search visibility, website traffic, lead volume, conversion rates, or return on investment — depend on numerous factors outside our control. These include, without limitation, algorithm changes by Google, Meta, OpenAI, Microsoft, Perplexity, and other third-party platforms; market competition; seasonality; your industry, service area, and pricing; the accuracy and timeliness of information and access you provide; and the performance of your existing website, technical infrastructure, and reputation.

Any figures referenced on the Site or in our marketing materials (including lead counts, conversion rate improvements, or cost-per-lead reductions) reflect results achieved by specific clients under specific circumstances and are provided for illustrative purposes only. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and we make no guarantee, warranty, or representation that any particular Client will achieve similar outcomes, specific rankings, a specific number of leads, first-page placement, or inclusion in any AI-generated answer or recommendation.

7. Client Responsibilities

To perform the Services effectively, we may require timely cooperation from you. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information, access credentials (e.g., website CMS, Google Business Profile, analytics, advertising accounts), and content needed to perform the Services;
  • Respond to requests for approvals, feedback, or materials within a reasonable timeframe;
  • Ensure that any content, images, testimonials, claims, or data you provide to us are accurate, truthful, and that you hold the necessary rights to use them;
  • Comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and industry-specific regulations relevant to your business;
  • Maintain your own backups of website and business data where applicable.

Delays in providing access, approvals, or materials may affect timelines and results, and we are not responsible for delays or shortfalls in performance caused by incomplete or delayed Client cooperation.

8. Fees and Payment

Fees for Services are set out in your Engagement Agreement or proposal and may be structured as one-time, monthly retainer, project-based, or performance-linked arrangements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Invoices are due upon receipt or within the payment terms specified in your Engagement Agreement;
  • Late payments may result in suspension of Services until the account is brought current;
  • Third-party costs (such as advertising spend, domain, hosting, software licenses, or paid tools) are separate from our fees unless explicitly included in your Engagement Agreement;
  • All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, which remain your responsibility unless stated otherwise;
  • Fees already earned for work performed are non-refundable, except as otherwise required by law or expressly stated in your Engagement Agreement.

9. Term, Cancellation, and Termination

The term of your engagement, applicable notice periods, and any minimum commitment will be set out in your Engagement Agreement. Absent a specific term, either party may terminate an ongoing engagement by providing written notice as specified in that agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or any Service, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or failed to make payment as required. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred for Services performed up to the effective date of termination.

SEO, local SEO, and AEO work builds cumulatively over time. Search rankings, local visibility, and AI citations achieved during an engagement are not guaranteed to persist after Services are paused, cancelled, or discontinued, and may decline due to reduced maintenance, competitor activity, or platform changes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, strategy frameworks, reporting templates, and software — is owned by or licensed to Auto Lead Experts and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

Unless otherwise agreed in your Engagement Agreement, deliverables created specifically for you (such as website builds, custom graphics, or bespoke content) become your property upon full payment for the applicable work. Underlying tools, proprietary processes, templates, and methodologies developed or used by Auto Lead Experts remain our property and may be reused across other client engagements.

You retain ownership of your pre-existing trademarks, logos, business content, and materials you provide to us, and you grant us a limited license to use such materials solely for the purpose of performing the Services.

11. Confidentiality

Each party may have access to confidential or proprietary information belonging to the other party in connection with an engagement, including business data, analytics, strategy documents, and account access. Each party agrees to use the other party's confidential information solely for purposes of the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties, except as required by law or with the disclosing party's prior written consent.

12. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Our Services may involve or reference third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other search or AI platforms (“Third-Party Platforms”). We do not control, and are not responsible for, the policies, algorithms, availability, features, or performance of any Third-Party Platform. Changes made by these platforms may affect your rankings, visibility, ad performance, or account status, and are outside our control.

Where our Services require access to your accounts on Third-Party Platforms, you remain responsible for compliance with the terms of service of those platforms, and any suspension, penalty, or restriction imposed by a Third-Party Platform is not our responsibility unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC SEARCH RANKING, TRAFFIC LEVEL, LEAD VOLUME, CONVERSION RATE, OR BUSINESS OUTCOME RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICES.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTO LEAD EXPERTS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR ANY ENGAGEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Auto Lead Experts and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) content, claims, or materials you provide to us for use in marketing, advertising, or website content; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) your use of the Site or Services in a manner not authorized by these Terms.

16. Forms, Bookings, and Communications

When you submit a form on the Site (such as an audit request or contact form) or book a strategy call through our scheduling tool, you consent to being contacted by our team via phone, email, or text message regarding your inquiry. Scheduling links are provided by a third-party scheduling provider, and your use of that tool is also subject to that provider's own terms.

We aim to respond to inquiries promptly but do not guarantee a specific response time. Booking a call does not guarantee that a proposal or Engagement Agreement will follow; we reserve the right to decline to work with any prospective client at our discretion.

17. Testimonials and Case Studies

Testimonials, case studies, and performance figures featured on the Site (including client names, logos, and statistics) are shared with the applicable client's permission and reflect that client's individual experience and results. They are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar outcomes.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, unless otherwise specified in your Engagement Agreement.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Material changes affecting active engagements will be communicated to current clients directly. Your continued use of the Site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable Engagement Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Auto Lead Experts regarding your use of the Site and our Services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
